This existing facility is undergoing a tenant improvement as well as landscape upgrade to provide additional shade trees and understory planting. Improvements include a proposed outdoor dining area with secured fencing and decorative paving. The rear of the property will be reconfigured for equipment and loading docks. The irrigation will also be upgraded to drip for additional site-wide water saivngs.

This project is in the permitting phase with construction anticipated starting end of 2026.
