This new headquarters for Eurofins San Diego will create a consolidated home for the three existing core business that comprise Eurofins locally. This project is exciting as it brings the life science market to the Kearny Mesa community. The site features existing challenges including high voltage power lines, a gas utility easement, and an existing parking structure. Improvements include enhanced planting and irrigation sitewide as well as an employee amenity space on the South side of the proposed tilt-up building. Outdoor dining, meeting spaces, flexible turf and decorative security fencing are proposed onsite.
