Together with the Sunstone Group, Lindsay provided landscape services for the 12 acre site. The 141,027 SF Class ‘A’ industrial building is home to 36 dock high doors, 4 grade level doors, and a 135’ truck yard. This facility has since been leased by Amazon as a major distribution facility along the I-15 corridor in San Diego. The site features low-water plantings and efficient irrigation as well as several bioretention basins on-site to meet stormwater requirements. The basins were designed with alternating grass and sedge varieties to add interest to their expansive area in parking and perimeter areas.
