Modern refresh for the front yard planting of this ranch style San Luis Obispo home. Existing turf will be replaced with two new flowering trees as well as a lush understory of a mix of perennials and succulents. This transition to drip irrigation reduced water usage and maintenance for the owners and brought in seasonal color and pollinator friendly planting material.
